it's about time...

Having recently graduated from a Bachelor of Fine Art Honours program at Queen's University (Kingston Ontario Canada) and having returned to draw caricatures at Canada's Wonderland for my fourth summer: it's about time I start an Art Blog.

First, allow me to introduce myself: I am Andrea Clare Gerstmann and I am an artist. I hope to share in this blog a variety of my work with the thoughts, theories and stories that go with them.

I drew this self caricature early May after my first weekend back at Wonderland. This is a small sketch (about 8x10) drawn from the mirror in pencil.
